Had Crew #4 at our home today to trim out 15+ yr old Ash This tree was every off balanced, but they evened it out and it looks great! Plus they did a great job cleaning up and were very polite!

I had a large oak tree taken down. The limbs that were cut off the tree were large and very heavy. When the limbs fell onto my lawn, they made several large depressions. Now I have to purchase topsoil, seed and water all at my cost and labor. Took over 2 weeks for them to return and remove the stump grinds. Not all the grinds were removed from the hole made from the grinding operation even after I told their employee I wanted all the grinds removed. I sent a letter to the company stating my dissatisfaction, but they did not respond. Buyer BEWARE!!

User's recommendation: Do not use Monster Tree Service. There are other better companies.

Did a great job. Too bad I never made an appointment.

In August 2019, I made an appointment to get an estimate to have trees removed. I signed the estimate and called the office to let them know that I didn't have the money yet but I would make an appointment when I did. In December, a truck and crane showed up and took the trees down. In March 2020, I lost my job. They've been hounding me since then. I've tried to lay them, but couldn't come up with a whole lot due to not having my job. Now I have 5 days to pay them or they'll lien my house for an appointment I never agreed to have.

User's recommendation: Pay up front or find somewhere else.
