The woman manager is so horrible to deal with if it was free I wouldn't use them it's just not worth the aggravation the only thing she kept saying to me was you should have known well you should have known well you should have known well I didn't know and she turned from me to my husband and said I'll only speak to him is that like the most obnoxious thing you have ever heard honestly I've never ordered anyone off my property in 50 years I told her get off my property... Leave she had zero people skills . A company should never make a customer feel irrelevant or unimportant

We have them come out to remove trees the guys were very nice they were but the logs that were removed were literally thrown onto the lawn I assume they would just be dropped not rolled
So if you just want trees down and you don't care about your lawn go for it. Now I called the manager a woman who was.
Beyond awful she had no no no idea how to listen or discuss what happen. Just kept saying it was my fault I didn't know logs are thrown across your lawn which ends up with these holes everywhere and there big if you walk around my yard you can fall in one of these homes now. She did not care and so ce my husband hired them and paid the bill she turned to him and said in not talking to her. Mean while I own the home .
Honestly in 48 years I never ordered anyone off my property but this woman was beyond horrible and I did I said get off my property leave I would not recommend tdibt do hem . Be cause dealing with her alone and her awful attitude is not worth it even if it was free !!!

Did not follow directive, and did not follow through as promised
Very explicit to them only prune enough so they were not touching each other. Sent out the arborist, he agreed way too much was taken off.
Was going to follow through with fertilizer and privacy netting. Never transpired as promise.
Why would you take such beautiful trees and do this to them green giant or provides or establish for privacy? I was very explicit to him, they were brought in from Georgia, so I would have an instant buffer at 14 feet high and shaped like a tree.

They suck, so they get a 2! Your site, pissed customer sucks as it simply calls for the lowest common *** people.

The guys tried but they left huge huge huge holes in the lawn everywhere like goopher holes . To the point the lawn needs redone The manager came out some unbelievable arrogant rude woman in orange bibs that made excuses after excuses after excuses.
I was upset about my lawn being totally torn up . But after dealing with her if it was free and they gave me a free lawn I would not deal with them again. I have never asked anyone to leave I told her get off my property that's how RUDE she was if I was the owner I would FIRE her . I tried to call the owner no one called me back .
. Not worth the complete aggravation dealing with this AWFUl person

Left yard destroyed never fixed it
No, Matt's doing donuts in the yard, broke the mailbox, and is flipping me off. I was going to call border patrol on their *** I don't think they have green cards.

Ripped up my yard while doing work for neighbor
Monster Tree Service came out to cut down my neighbor's yard. Without my permission (not even a knock at my door), they dropped huge tree limbs on my property and ripped up the ground on my side with their bobcat.
When I approached them they said they had to - they needed the room (???) and that I didn't have good grass :-( They attempted to clean up the sticks but left a mess in my yard and on my deck. I contacted the company - no response.
Not surprising to see they have a 2/5 rating. They even broke the neighbor's driveway with their bobcat!

Unprofessional Company
Had to hire a local tree service company to re-grind all 10 tree stumps and trim the palm trees & orange trees in the correct manner.
A very unprofessional company. Ownership was never on the job site.
Damaged down spouts, water lines, damage to the walls and stumps not ground down, they were barely touched. We were to be reimbursed for the damage ($1,700.00) but it never happened.
Money that came out of our pocket. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy!

Rating for work performed
I had a large oak tree taken down. The limbs that were cut off the tree were large and very heavy.
When the limbs fell onto my lawn, they made several large
depressions. Now I have to purchase topsoil, seed and water all at my cost and labor.
Took over 2 weeks for them to return and remove the stump grinds.
Not all the grinds were removed from the hole made from the grinding operation even after I told their employee I wanted all the grinds removed. I sent a letter to the company stating my dissatisfaction, but they did not respond.
Buyer BEWARE!!

Had Crew #4 at our home today to trim out 15+ yr old Ash
This tree was every off balanced, but they evened it out and it looks great!
Plus they did a great job cleaning up and were very polite!

Did a great job. Too bad I never made an appointment.
In August 2019, I made an appointment to get an estimate to have trees removed. I signed the estimate and called the office to let them know that I didn't have the money yet but I would make an appointment when I did.
In December, a truck and crane showed up and took the trees down. In March 2020, I lost my job. They've been hounding me since then.
I've tried to lay them, but couldn't come up with a whole lot due to not having my job. Now I have 5 days to pay them or they'll lien my house for an appointment I never agreed to have.

Bad service
They came and began partial work with my knowledge and deposit. I tried to contact them several times and they said they would get back to me.
3 months later they called me and said I was on their to do list. In the meantime they had turned me into collections even though they had not completed the job.
Upon completion of work they said they would come back to remove piles of cut down shubbery they had left but they never did. Very unsatirfiied.

Ripped Off
I scheduled and signed a proposal agreement to get a tree removed from my property. The tree was near power lines, so the I was quoted a price based on the difficulty of the tree removal.
The company contacted the local electric company to have the tree prepared for removal which is free service offered by Lansdale Electric. Lansdale Electric proceeded to remove all of the tree that was stuck in the power lines which made me uncomfortable with the price quoted by Monster Tree Services of Bucks/ Montco (located in Doylestown, 18901) as it was no longer a difficult removal. When I reached out to discuss the conflict, I was referred to the proposal as to say that they didn't care what the electric company did (ie: that Lansdale Electric removed a substantial amount of the tree). This was unacceptable, so I cancelled the tree removal more than 20 days before it was scheduled (it was scheduled for 11/20/2020).
I spoke to a customer services representative, Tabitha, on 10/27/2020 over the phone to cancel the service. She informed me that the service was cancelled and Tabitha made no mention about any fees associated with this. However, 24 hours later, the manager Jamie Sampson then proceeded to threaten me with a $675 dollar invoice for services that never happened.
Other than a free estimate, we incurred no charges that were made known to us and any charges would be fraudulent in nature as they performed no work at my residence. Please Help.

I would highly recommend
I have had Monster Tree come out twice. The first time was to remove a few branches.
The second time we have very large tree fall on our house. They came out that same day and gave us a quote. They were able to remove the tree the following day at 8am. We have had excellent experiences both times.
They are very professional and showed up promptly at the time they said they would.
They not only got rid of the tree but went above and beyond and cleaned up the debris scattered throughout the lawn. Hopefully I will not need another tree removed but if I do, they will be the first on my list.

They were in my neighborhood just recently and I guess they went from house to house trying to solicit business. They came very early in the morning on a few days that they were here in one house they spent four days and I thought there was an earthquake, the noise and the pounding, actually cracks in the concrete of nearby driveways. I just think they’re incredibly unprofessional.
