Two large silver maples in the backyard were removed, along with the wood from them. However, as a result of that job, multiple deep and large ruts/holes were left behind in the backyard, making it difficult and a safety hazard every time I mow or walk around back there.

I specifically hired this company due to the reviews posted online, saying how the cleanup was immaculate and aside from the missing trees, the homeowners would never have known they were there.

Unfortunately, I can't say the same. I also chose this company because the website said they treat every property as though it were their own. I doubt they would find the state of my backyard acceptable if it was their own.

I've gotten two estimates to fix the back yard. One is from Reinhard's 4 Seasons, who after looking at the backyard, state that the holes/ruts are too large/deep to fix and the whole back yard needs to be replaced.

That one is $4,521.73 - more than it cost to remove the two trees. The other estimate is from Reed Property Maintenance, who state that they are able to fix the holes/ruts without having to replace the entire back yard but it's still going to cost a large amount of money. That one is $1,250.00. They said they think the damage was due to the crane, skid steer, and also dropping large logs from a great height, instead of lowering them gently to the ground via ropes.

I do know that on the day of the tree removal, I heard several loud booms and the house shook.

I understand that the two large silver maples in the backyard were difficult to remove due to their size and location, but at no time during the estimate was I informed that I would need to budget an additional $1,200.00 - $4,500.00 to repair my lawn once the job was done.

If I had known that, I never would have hired this company in the first place.

I have more trees that need to come down next year and obviously, I will not be using this company again. What a shame.

I contracted MTS to do work on my property in August of 2024. The work was performed while I was out of town.

The company was to thin out and trim my mango tree's branches. There were seven large limbs that were touching or nearly touching the ground. The company simply cut off one of the large branches at the trunk and left the rest of the tree untouched. I also have an oak tree that is hanging over the neighbor's property that I wanted removed.

It was necessary to pull a permit to cut down the tree. Upon my return, MTS had cut down the wrong tree. In addition, I have a large jackfruit tree that MTS was to thin out. Upon my return, the tree was severely hacked and decimated.

I have reached out to MTS multiple times over the past 5 months and each time I am told that someone will return my call as the manager is always "unavailable," "on another call," or "in a meeting." Each time I call, the person I speak with "completely understands my concern and a manager will call me the next day." But, they never do. They just continually put me off. The last time I called, I told them that I would contact the Better Business Bureau and post a review of my experience if I did not receive a return call.

It is now over a week since my last call and they are apparently fine with their lack of service and lack of customer care. They did, however, receive payment in full.

So if you just want trees down and you don't care about your lawn go for it. Now I called the manager a woman who was.

Beyond awful she had no no no idea how to listen or discuss what happen. Just kept saying it was my fault I didn't know logs are thrown across your lawn which ends up with these holes everywhere and there big if you walk around my yard you can fall in one of these homes now. She did not care and so ce my husband hired them and paid the bill she turned to him and said in not talking to her. Mean while I own the home .

Honestly in 48 years I never ordered anyone off my property but this woman was beyond horrible and I did I said get off my property leave I would not recommend tdibt do hem . Be cause dealing with her alone and her awful attitude is not worth it even if it was free !!!

The guys tried but they left huge huge huge holes in the lawn everywhere like goopher holes . To the point the lawn needs redone The manager came out some unbelievable arrogant rude woman in orange bibs that made excuses after excuses after excuses.

I was upset about my lawn being totally torn up . But after dealing with her if it was free and they gave me a free lawn I would not deal with them again. I have never asked anyone to leave I told her get off my property that's how RUDE she was if I was the owner I would FIRE her . I tried to call the owner no one called me back .
